Purchase Necessary. TO ENTER: Visit the Divine Sight web site at www.divinesight.com
and follow the directions to create and send your Free ArtCard. Earn one (1) Monthly
Contest entry for each person to whom you send an Art Card. Each month begins at 12:01AM
of the first day of the month and ends at midnight (12:00 PM) of the last day of the
month.
2. DRAWINGS:
Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received by
Divine Sight whose decisions in all matters relating to this Monthly Contest are final.
Each winner will be notified by email.
3. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: _____________. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes permitted, except at sole discretion of Divine Sight. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on the value of their prizes, and for any other expenses not specified that are related to acceptance and use of any prize.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Monthly Contest is open to residents of the United States and Canada who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Monthly Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Divine Sight, its promotion partners, and judging organization are not responsible for electronic entries that are incomplete or lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Monthly Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Monthly Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants agree that the Sponsor, its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for loss, injury, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in the Monthly Contest, or by acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. All other aspects of the Divine Sight privacy policy are in force.
