Craig Von Goy is one of the world’spremier nature photographers. With a background in geology and an innate love of nature, Craig specializes in landscape still-photography. He believes this medium touches people on an emotional level and inspires them to love and protect these beautiful and fragile ecosystems.

Craig was born and raised in a quiet suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Growing up in the Midwest gave Craig the opportunity to experience a variety of landscapes and natural habitats. Longing to experience more of this country’s dynamic and stunning topography, Craig headed west to encounter the majestic mountain ranges, vast oceans, powerful rivers and diverse wildlife. He currently resides in San Diego California with his wife Catherine. They have two beautiful daughters, Jennifer and Julie and two wonderful grandchildren, Cameron and Madison.

Having given his life to Christ in early 1990, Craig has been using his photography skills for the Lord ever since. Craig and Catherine sit on two ministry boards and are also involved in prison minisry. They are active members in their local church, San Diego Christian Worship Center.

Craig was schooled in Fine-Art Photography at the prestigious New York Institute Of Photography in the early 80’s. Craig has become highly accomplished in the art of natural light expressions. His images capture special moments in time and in the words of one ardent admirer, “they tell a story”.

Craig heads up and directs the adventure photography team for both Divine Sight and Von Goy Galleries. Throughout his career, Craig has traveled the nation, seeking to capture nature’s stunning beauty in it’s most pleasing light Mr. Von Goy states, “Light, and its ever changing quality, is the essence of my work. Being exactly where the light is rapidly changing and framing a beautiful scene is both the most rewarding yet also the most challenging aspect of my craft."

Craig ‘s work has been published in Morris Cerullo World Evangelism’s Victory Miracle Livingmagazine, God’s Woman Magazine, According To Prophecy Ministry web site, newsletters andproducts, Nature and Outdoor Photography magazine, and has been sought after for variouslicensing agreements.

Craig continues to explore and capture images of our natural world with the direct intent of seeing others blessed by having these beautiful works of nature displayed in their home and office environments.
